About Us

Who are the SFP Group?  

In 2002 Simon & Daniel Plant, two brothers with different but complimentary skillsets, one with an accountancy background and the other with law, set up a restructuring business.

Since then, the original business has diversified and grown substantially to now form the SFP Group and employ over 90 staff members serving clients on a national scale.

The original aim was to simplify and guide directors through the complicated world of insolvency. We have a unique Group, offering complimentary service lines to assist directors in financial difficulty explore various options.

Our core values lie in putting the client first, offering transparency and integrity, treating every client the same and providing solid advice using our extensive knowledge, experience and expertise.

We don’t seek ways to sell our insolvency services and instead consider alternative routes first on how to save the company.

If that is not possible, we then look at a restructuring rescue package which could still save the Company or at least the business. The SFP Group provides an unrivalled mix of tailored services within the commercial finance sector to business owners, lenders and accountants which includes turnaround and restructuring, business reviews, SME funding, sales ledger management & property services.

Boasting the UKs largest Invoice Finance brokerage and the number one provider of MVLs, SFP have won numerous awards for their business recovery and finance divisions.
